Job summary

Antares offers a Summer Internship Program in Torrance, CA, where you’ll work across finance and business operations to scale systems and processes behind a rapidly growing organization. You’ll support core financial operations, including accounts payable, transactional work, and reporting, while targeting automation and AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with junior/senior status.
• Prior internship or relevant project team/work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable processes, recurring finance transactions, and reporting.
• Identify repetitive workflows and develop automation solutions.
• Build lightweight internal tools and automations using AI and APIs.
• Improve data flow between systems to reduce manual entry.
• Create automated reporting and dashboards for operational priorities.
• Assist with CRM and contract management workflows.
• Conduct research to support operational and financial decisions.
