Advantive offers an AI & Enterprise Systems Internship where you’ll work on real business problems and build AI-powered solutions using automation, data, APIs, and enterprise platforms. You’ll collaborate with our Enterprise Systems & Technology team inside a high-growth, PE-backed software company with a $250M+ ARR portfolio, gaining access to the same platforms and problems as our full-time team.

Interns have shipped AI agents, reusable skills, automations, and internal tools actively used

Responsibilities

• Build and test AI-powered solutions, including agents, internal tools, reporting experiences, and workflow automations.
• Experiment with LLMs, agents, and AI workflows to solve real operational problems and help turn successful experiments into tools the business can use.
• Build integrations and automations using APIs and enterprise automation platforms.
• Work with data to build and improve dashboards, reporting, and business insights.
• Identify inefficient business processes and design better ways to automate, simplify, or improve them.
• Improve systems across analytics platforms, business applications, and core enterprise tools.
• Contribute to implementations, integrations, and system enhancements from idea through deployment.
• Document what you build so solutions can be supported, reused, and scaled.
• Work directly with teams across Finance, Operations, Sales, and other parts of the business to understand problems and build practical solutions.

Job description

At Advantive, interns don't spend the semester watching other people build things.

As an AI & Enterprise Systems Intern, you'll work on real business problems and build solutions using AI, automation,
data, APIs, and enterprise platforms. That could mean building an AI agent, automating a Finance workflow, connecting
systems, improving analytics, or figuring out why a business process takes twelve steps when it should take three.

You'll work alongside our Enterprise Systems & Technology team inside a high-growth, PE-backed software company
with a $250M+ ARR portfolio. You'll have access to the same platforms, problems, and opportunities our full-time team
works with.

Our interns have shipped AI agents, reusable skills, automations, and internal tools that are actively used across the
business. This isn't a program built around hypothetical projects or slide decks.

The expectation is simple: learn fast, build useful things, and ship.

What You’ll Do
