Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Director of Operations Finance for the CSS NA (Compression Systems and Services, North America) SBU. The role reports to the VP, Finance CSS NA and leads a team of finance professionals across 9 manufacturing and distribution plants, driving financial accounting, planning, reporting, and controls with a focus on fiscal soundness and shareholder value.

The position partners with operations to develop strategies, standardize processes, and deliver actionable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations (costing, compliance, Financial planning).

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Drive standard cost setting, forecasting, warranty, capital variances, and inventory valuation across locations.
• Improve productivity, margins, cash flow, and service through operational excellence.
• Drive an effective controls environment across all manufacturing locations.
• Lead initiatives such as capital investments, restructurings, footprint utilization.
• Develop Plant Controllers and Operations FP&A through coaching and succession planning.
