Job summary

Ingersoll Rand seeks an experienced FP&A leader to own end-to-end reporting and BU consolidations for the Global FP&A function. The role collaborates with teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas to drive budgets, forecasts, and monthly closes for the enterprise.

You will standardize outputs, support Board materials, and partner with Data Analytics to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities. This hybrid role is based in Davidson, NC with global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years in finance and accounting.
• Minimum 5+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Executive-level leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of routine financial reports across all operating cadences.
• Standardize management-ready outputs (GM bridge, EBITDA variance) and ad-hoc reports.
• Coordinate forecasting and reporting with BU finance teams and planning users.
• Prepare Board materials and Earnings Release content with leadership.
• Partner with Data Analytics to improve data quality and analytics tools.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation in FP&A workflows.
• Develop the FP&A team and communicate results to senior leadership.
