Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sr Analyst Finance Co-pilot - Waste to drive waste reduction and cost savings across the Supply Chain. You will provide financial clarity, partner with multiple functions, and lead ad hoc analyses to support profitability and forecasting.

You will manage cross-functional initiatives, track savings, and present recommendations to leadership, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 4 years with background in F&C or co-piloting; supply chain background a plus.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify insights to improve profitability by eliminating waste and providing up-to-date reporting.
• Lead cost savings projects and validate savings across cross-functional teams.
• Communicate savings status to leadership and inform on initiatives and actions.
• Provide financial clarity to Supply Chain teams on multiple cross-functional projects.
• Act as lead Finance partner on cross-functional Supply Chain initiatives to determine savings.
