Job summary

Nestlé seeks a Factory Controller to serve as the trusted financial advisor and partner to the Factory Manager and leadership team. You will oversee financial stewardship, governance, and oversight of the plant’s financial performance, leading planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance.

You will monitor budgets, analyze variances, forecast costs, and drive efficiency and profitability while ensuring adherence to policies, controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in financial operations with a solid accounting background.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, drive and deliver cost improvement opportunities and track proposed savings.
• Challenge assumptions for cost improvements using benchmark information.
• Lead financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance for the factory.
• Manage factory budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses.
