Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services seeks an Operations Finance Analyst to support the Accounting department, assist operating units with forecasting and budgeting, and manage labor and inventory controls. You will analyze data, participate in audits, and perform operational duties for the units you support.

Key responsibilities include daily processing and verification of supplier invoices, collaboration with property managers for approvals, and ensuring compliance with internal audit procedures.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 year minimum experience required.
• Proven experience in supplier payments and supplier invoice processing essential.
• Proven experience in supplier reconciliations.
• Have a good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous property experience an advantage but not crucial.
• Will be able to demonstrate good planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Post supplier invoices daily across 3 operating systems.
• Verify supplier invoices daily.
• Collaborate with Property Managers for approvals.
• Handle supplier invoice rejections.
• Run supplier payments.
• Charge expenses to clients/tenants.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Handle property rates for clients.
• Collaborate with clients regarding supplier payments payable by them.
• Document new procedures.
• Maintain logs to follow internal audit procedures.
