Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in service industry with a system-driven approach to credit control.
• Proficient in Excel (crucial for reporting and analysis).
• Experience with an Oracle system is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily credit control procedures to minimize overdue debts.
• Supervise customer accounts to ensure policy adherence.
• Meet targets set out by the Company Plan.
• Process and resolve daily customer account queries and issues.
• Collaborate with relevant departments on credit control activities.
• Post and allocate receipts accurately and timely.
• Balance all accounts monthly.
• Prepare periodic analysis of outstanding debts and report issues to AR Manager.
• Enforce policies and procedures within Credit Control.
• Handle ad hoc duties as needed.
