Job summary

SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. is seeking an Operations & Field Manager to own the field operations in San Diego County. This hands-on role involves scheduling, supervising crews, and performing quality inspections.

You will train cleaners to our standards and handle client escalations on site. You'll also manage supplies, equipment, and inventory, and assist with hiring and onboarding of new cleaners, ensuring service excellence across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a field team in cleaning, hospitality, or trades.
• Reliability and a valid driver’s license.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Comfort with scheduling software and mobile apps.
• Calm under pressure with strong people skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

This is not a desk job. You'll be in homes, with crews, solving real problems.
