SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. — Commercial & Office Cleaning is seeking team members in San Diego County. Starting pay is $20/hour with the opportunity to progress to $27/hour through the Sparkle Up program based on quality, reliability, and client care.

Positions include cleaning offices, medical suites, churches, and retail spaces, with shifts that may include early mornings or evenings. Training and supplies are provided, and the team operates with a family‑like culture.

• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Availability may include early mornings or evenings depending on the account.
• Trustworthy with keys, codes, and alarm access.
• Commercial or janitorial experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Restrooms, breakrooms, floors, trash, and common areas.
• Restock paper and soap supplies.
• Follow alarm and access procedures exactly.
• Work independently or with a small crew.
