Job summary

SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. in Central San Diego is hiring for part-time to full-time cleaners. Starting pay is $20/hour with potential to reach $27/hour through the Sparkle Up program, based on quality and reliability.

You will clean homes across Downtown and surrounding neighborhoods, prepare short-term rentals, and maintain high standards. Reliable transportation and weekday daytime availability (8am–4pm) are required; English or Spanish are a plus.

• Weekday daytime availability (8am–4pm).
• Reliable transportation to access multiple homes across the county.
• Cleaning experience preferred; training provided for the right person.
