Job summary

SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. is seeking an Operations & Field Manager to own field operations across San Diego County. You will coordinate daily scheduling, assign crews, perform quality inspections, and solve on-site issues.

This is not a desk job; you’ll be in homes with crews, upholding our standards. You’ll coach cleaners, manage supplies and equipment, and assist with hiring and onboarding. Strong English/Spanish skills are preferred, with reliable transport and a valid US work authorization

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Comfortable with scheduling software and mobile apps.
• Calm under pressure, high standards, genuinely good with people.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own daily scheduling and crew assignments.
• Run quality inspections and walkthroughs.
• Coach and train cleaners to our standards.
• Handle client escalations and resolve issues on site.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new cleaners.
