Job summary

SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. in San Diego County seeks a Lead Cleaner to supervise a small residential cleaning crew. You’ll set the pace and standards on site, perform final walk-throughs, and mentor newer cleaners.

Pay is $24–$28 per hour, full-time, primarily weekday daytime hours (8am–4pm). All supplies, equipment, and training are provided, with opportunities for advancement within the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid cleaning experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Weekday daytime availability.
• Someone others naturally follow — calm, steady, high standards.
• English or Spanish — both is a strong plus.

This is a step up from cleaning. You'll still be in homes doing the work — but you'll also be the person a small crew looks to, the one who sets the standard on site and catches what others miss.

If you've been cleaning for years and you're tired of being paid the same as someone who started last week, this is the role.
