Formación

• Bachelor's degree or three years of experience working within the mental health field.
• One year of management experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assigns tasks to milieu staff for admissions and intake processes.
• Supports discharge processes and assigns duties to milieu staff.
• Attends treatment team meetings and publishes notes for staff review.
• Facilitates Community Meeting, weekly, and psychoeducational groups as needed.
• Provides oversight of groups led by milieu staff and assists as needed.
• Ensures adherence to the program schedule by all staff.
• Manages patient charts and completes audits in a timely manner.
• Oversees hiring of milieu staff with HR and ED to ensure staffing needs.
• Trains new milieu staff within their scope and coordinates training with clinical team.
• Manages milieu staff schedules to avoid overtime and covers shifts when needed.
• Functions as Infection Control Officer and ensures adherence to protocols.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and facility environment of care.
• Monitors OpEx budget and keeps program within budget.
• Maintains facility and reports environment of care issues to home office.
• Maintains facility vehicle and oversees maintenance.
• Performs emergency drills and ensures documentation is complete.
• Coordinates weekly community outings for approved patients.
• Participates in weekly on-call rotation.
