Job summary

ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers seeks a Facility Manager to safeguard operations, support outpatient programming, and lead administrative functions under supervision of the Program Director. You will uphold HIPAA and Joint Commission standards, supervise staff, and manage schedules, supplies, and compliance.

You’ll collaborate with Operations to ensure safe, compliant, and well-documented services, while driving quality improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Minimum of two years driving experience and one year working with kids in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication, ability to cope with stressful situations and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility operates to highest standards and complies with licensing and HIPAA.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and staff onboarding/reviews.
• Monitor refrigerator/freezer temps and coordinate maintenance with leadership.
• Audit treatment records in EMR and ensure 24-hour submission of documentation.
• Prepare monthly reports for Operations, QA, and Performance Improvement meetings.
• Coordinate transportation schedule and drive clients as needed.
• Maintain infection control and environmental safety across the location.
