Job summary

O&K American Corp, located in Seymour, IN, is seeking an Operations & Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, safety, and facilities management across the plant. The role emphasizes reliability, cost control, and team leadership in a full-time capacity.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Management (Master's preferred), several years in manufacturing management, and strong communication skills to coordinate with staff, vendors, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management is required or equivalent experience.
• Several years of manufacturing management experience, preferably wire manufacturing.
• Strong managerial and interpersonal skills; excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Understanding and implementation of IATF16949.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing equipment and property management.
• Lead plant and equipment strategic organization for success.
• Minimize unplanned downtime through continuous review of plant operations.
• Implement and monitor budgets, labor efficiency, and safety standards.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and spare parts tracking.
• Ensure safe, cost-effective operations and compliance with regulations.
