Cayuse Holdings is seeking a General Services Officer to support a federal client, delivering comprehensive personnel, management, and administrative services in Washington, DC. This role ensures operational readiness of bureau offices, annexes, and storage facilities while maintaining strict security clearances.

The position emphasizes supply chain management, inventory control, Ariba processing, and facility logistics, with responsibilities spanning space planning, documentation, and reporting

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in administrative or logistical support.
• Active Secret clearance is required for this position.
• Must be able to pass a background check and related screenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supply stock within prescribed levels and perform monthly inventories.
• Process requisitions in Ariba with accurate funding lines and documentation.
• Verify items received against documents and report discrepancies.
• Provide weekly supply activity status updates to the Team Lead/Division Chief.
• Coordinate space planning, relocations, and facility logistics to support operations.
• Assist in coordinating procurement documentation and interfaces with the acquisition office.
