Job summary

Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) is seeking a Corporate Services Coordinator to perform procurement, courier tasks, and warehouse activities at the Fireweed Business Center in mid-town Anchorage.

The role emphasizes maintaining inventory levels and coordinating conference center rentals for CIRI events, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least one year in mailroom or warehouse roles, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience in mailroom, purchasing or warehouse management is beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic bookkeeping concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as secondary contact for conference center rentals and facility services.
• Manage mailroom, shipping and receiving, and inventory levels.
• Oversee warehouse operations, budgeting, invoices, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Provide logistical support for shareholder and employee events.
• Ensure professional courier services and on-call warehouse coverage.
