Job summary

Cook Inlet Region, Inc. invites candidates to join the Yah Leadership Program, a multi-year, executive‑level development track designed to grow CIRI leadership talent. The first year places you at CIRI with direct reporting to the CEO and mentorship from a CIRI executive.

An individualized development plan guides your progression across the organization. Year‑one exposure spans business lines, strategy, ANCSA programs, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Seven+ years of leadership, finance, operations, or related experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of ANCSA and Alaska Native cultures preferred.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Bridge communication between executive leadership and internal teams.
• Manage special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Attend meetings of ELT, board, and shareholders and report findings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners and the community.
• Support ANCSA education and CIRI history awareness.
• Travel frequently with the executive team.
