Critical Loop, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Assistant to support facilities, hospitality, and general administrative tasks for a growing startup.

This student/entry-level, part-time role is on-site in Torrance and Long Beach, requires 20 hours per week, and offers an hourly pay range of $18–$25. You will help maintain sites, stock supplies, plan team lunches, handle mail, onboarding support, and day-to-day admin needs while learning facilities operations in a fast-paced energy tech

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in school or recent graduate.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a track record of follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
• Available 20 hours per week on-site in Torrance, CA.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance of facilities at Torrance and Long Beach sites, coordinating with outside vendors.
• Order and stock snacks, office supplies, and kitchen essentials.
• Plan and set up hospitality and catering for team lunches, meetings, and events.
• Prepare and ship packages to remote employees; manage mail and package pickup/delivery.
• Handle supply runs and local errands between sites; mileage reimbursed.
• Assist People & Talent with new hire onboarding needs.
• Support ad hoc administrative requests (printing, etc.).
