Job summary

Noble Steakhouse is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Operations to lead the opening and ongoing operations of a flagship fine-dining steakhouse in Denver, CO. This executive role combines strategic oversight with hands-on pre-opening and ongoing management, shaping culture, standards, and growth.

Responsibilities include driving profitability, implementing systems, and partnering with culinary and hospitality leaders to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior restaurant leadership experience in fine dining is required.
• Proven track record in leading high-volume, profitable restaurant operations.
• Experience opening and scaling multiple locations is highly desirable.
• Strong financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Assume executive operational ownership of Noble Steakhouse and its overall performance.
• Lead pre-opening strategy, training, opening, stabilization, and ongoing operation of the flagship.
• Establish culture and operating standards with restaurant leadership and staff.
• Own financial performance including revenue, labor, COGS, and operating expenses.
• Develop strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sustainable profitability.
• Oversee recruitment, training, retention, and performance management.
