Job summary

Noble Steakhouse in Denver, Colorado seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead the flagship opening and ongoing performance of a high-end steakhouse concept. The role combines executive oversight with hands-on leadership during pre-opening, launch, and stabilization, evolving into broader expansion responsibilities.

The successful candidate will manage operational excellence, financial controls, service standards, and guest experience while guiding a growing team across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior restaurant leadership experience in fine dining.
• Significant steakhouse leadership experience.
• Proven success operating premium, high-volume restaurant businesses.
• Director of Operations/VP level experience strongly preferred.
• New restaurant openings experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assume executive operational ownership of Noble Steakhouse.
• Lead pre-opening strategy, training, opening, stabilization.
• Develop culture and operating standards with leadership.
• Own financial performance including revenue, labor, costs, budgets.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership for alignment and standards.
• Lead openings and ongoing expansion of future Noble Steakhouse locations.
• Establish and refine operating systems, policies, and accountability.
