Noble Steakhouse seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the opening leadership team in Denver. You will help establish service culture, standards, and guest experience from the ground up, and lead the front-of-house team during high-profile services.

The role requires hands-on leadership, floor presence, and a passion for elevated hospitality with opportunities for advancement as the concept expands.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a fine-dining restaurant.
• Previous steakhouse experience.
• Experience as Assistant General Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Willingness to travel for future openings.
• Strong knowledge of elevated service standards and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the restaurant floor during service.
• Oversee pre-opening activities: recruiting, onboarding, training, and systems rollout.
• Coach and develop front-of-house staff and managers.
• Ensure consistency with Noble Steakhouse standards and guest experience.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership for floor-back of house coordination.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and budgeting.
• Support private dining, events, and VIP reservations.
