Noble Steakhouse in Denver, CO seeks a hands‑on Director of Operations to lead a pre‑opening to launch and beyond. You will establish culture, standards, systems, and guest experience to define the concept.

This leadership role requires strong hospitality and business acumen with a track record in premium dining. The position offers an annual base salary of $100,000–$130,000, plus a generous performance bonus program and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant restaurant leadership experience in fine dining is required.
• Experience leading a high‑performing restaurant operation at senior leadership level (GM, Director of Ops, Regional).
• New restaurant opening experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-opening and opening process for Noble Steakhouse alongside ownership and leadership.
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations and assume ownership of performance.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high‑performing management and hourly team.
• Establish and maintain exceptional fine‑dining service and hospitality standards.
• Be highly visible and hands‑on in the restaurant during peak periods and openings.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Oversee scheduling and labor management with financial discipline.
