Job summary

Park City Credit Union is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to ensure uniform, effective onboarding for all frontline roles across our branches. You will design and deliver initial core, credit union, and product training to drive strong member service and accurate transactions.

You will also support MSR Supervisors, Branch Managers, and the Sales Training Specialist through coaching and advanced training, fostering consistent execution of i4 at all locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a financial setting performing teller-type transactions.
• Experience in training or mentoring and presenting material to groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver initial core training for MSR/MSS/RSS/NAS/LS roles.
• Coach and support branch staff through supervision and follow-up training.
