Job summary

Trimedx, LLC is seeking a senior leader to oversee site operations and develop a high-performing Clinical Engineering and account management team across one or more sites. You will manage budgets, oversee equipment maintenance and repair, and ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission standards.

The role requires strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining strong client hospital partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and provide direction to others
• Manage the Integrated Service Plan (ISP) and site budgets
• Direct acquisition, maintenance, and repair of equipment and staff training
• Ensure documentation of repair activities and regulatory compliance
• Lead Joint Commission readiness and process-improvement initiatives
• Maintain client hospital partnerships and pursue business opportunities
• Travel up to 90% as required and ensure on-site presence daily
