Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a senior leader to own a clinical engineering operation across multi-site healthcare services. You will manage budgets, drive uptime, ensure compliance, and partner with hospital executives to readiness for inspections.

You will lead teams, set expectations, coach leaders, translate metrics into actions, and deliver outcomes with financial and operational accountability. Strong business acumen and engineering background required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field (required)
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred

• Run the business: oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability.
• Build a team that delivers: set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution.
• Drive results, not reports: translate metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service.
