Job summary

MC&I, the Mission Critical & Industrials arm of NEI Electric Power Engineering, seeks a Quality Leader to diagnose how work gets done and implement practical improvements across the full project lifecycle. This role collaborates with commercial, operational, technical, and finance leaders in a remote or Lakewood, CO setting.

Ideal candidates bring strong business and financial acumen, judgment, and the ability to move between executive priorities and day-to-day analysis.

• Travel: 11-25%

Responsibilities

• Understand and diagnose how MCI operates across the full lifecycle of work; map end-to-end processes including opportunity handoff, staffing, scheduling, execution, invoicing, and closeout.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives from assessment through piloting, implementation, adoption, and sustainment.
• Establish operational metrics, dashboards, and review cadences to detect issues early and drive timely action.
• Develop scalable playbooks, tools, templates, and operating standards to balance consistency with team flexibility.
