Job summary
Eaton seeks a Quality Manager to join the Bellevue/Omaha facility leadership team. The role drives world-class quality across EQMS, ISO certification, test operations, and manufacturing processes, delivering prevention, data-driven improvements, and strong leadership during ramp-up and launch phases.
The position requires 7+ years in manufacturing quality with ISO experience; relocation is provided. The role emphasizes customer and supplier quality, audits, and an I Own Quality culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, engineering, testing, or quality with leadership responsibility.
- Experience implementing or maintaining ISO 9001-based QMS and leading audits.
- Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, process capability, inspection, and measurement systems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional improvement and influence operations and leadership.

Responsibilities
- Own deployment and continuous improvement of EQMS across the facility.
- Lead ISO 9001 certification and audits, including internal audit plans.
- Oversee plant test organization and ensure testing meets requirements.
- Partner with Value Stream, Manufacturing, Operations, and CIP to embed quality in processes.
- Build scalable quality systems, staffing, training, and standard work for growth.
