Job summary

MC&I, the Mission Critical & Industrials arm of NEI, is seeking a Quality Leader to optimize workflows from opportunity handoff to project closeout in data centers and large industrial projects in the Denver area. This hands-on role targets first-pass quality, productivity, and profitability through practical process improvements.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, Tech, and People teams to standardize ownership, enforcement of standards, and scalable playbooks, while driving measurable

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, operations, finance, project management, or related field.
• 10+ years in operations, project delivery, or process improvement in a professional-services environment.
• Strong understanding of project-based financials: backlog, staffing, utilization, margins, cash flow.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with ERP, project accounting, BI, or workflow tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Understand and diagnose how MCI operates across end-to-end processes from opportunity to closeout.
• Map critical workflows, identify bottlenecks, duplication, and cost leakage; prioritize improvements.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives from assessment through adoption and sustainment.
• Develop business cases, implementation plans, and success metrics for improvements.
• Establish dashboards, metrics, and review cadences to improve visibility and decision making.
• Coach leaders in practical continuous-improvement methods and embed changes into standard operations.
