Qualifications

Minimum of five years of engineering/manufacturing or lean deployment experience.
Minimum of two years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

Directs the activities of the Manufacturing Engineering and Continuous Improvement departments.
Oversee 3rd party maintenance team activities.
Develop and implement an Operations Excellence structure to support profit and Objective Plan initiatives.
Plan and deploy training for manufacturing excellence and lean manufacturing.
Deploy CIF and ELSS and drive Lean Six Sigma tool usage.
Lead capital planning to improve plant capability and efficiency.
Coordinate with corporate initiatives to drive best practices across Eaton.
