Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing teams, budgets, and performance improvement.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Training/certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives addressing operational challenges and performance gaps.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and ownership; track dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate employer group implementations and health plan operations initiatives.
• Measure improvements in turnaround time, accuracy, workload, costs, and service.
