Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of healthcare operations, process improvement, consulting, project management, or operational excellence experience.
• Demonstrated success leading operational improvement initiatives in a healthcare environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with measurable results.
• Advanced-level competency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Experience utilizing statistical analysis software preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional operational improvement initiatives aligned with organizational strategic priorities.
• Partner with executive and operational leaders to identify opportunities that improve quality, safety, patient experience, workforce engagement, and financial performance.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable and sustainable outcomes.
• Develop executive presentations, scorecards, and reports to communicate results.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new Operational Excellence team members.
• Manage and mentor Operational Excellence Advisors.
• Provide Operational Excellence Advisors support on complex/strategic system-level projects.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary teams through structured problem solving.
• Utilize data analytics to evaluate operational performance and measure improvement outcomes.
• Build organizational capabilities through education, coaching, and mentoring.
• Support organizational change initiatives through stakeholder engagement, communication, planning, and training.
• Coach leaders and frontline teams on continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
