You will partner with regional and functional leaders to assess performance, identify root causes, and implement targeted strategies for census growth, efficiency, and financial outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, field credibility, and the ability to translate data into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• MBA/MHA/MPH or related field highly preferred.
• 3-6 years of healthcare operations experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational performance improvements through data-driven initiatives.
• Assess performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead operational diagnostics and develop sustainable process improvements.
• Develop accountability mechanisms and scorecards for ongoing reviews.
• Collaborate with technology and analytics teams to enhance reporting.
