Job summary

Circle K is seeking an experienced operations leader to coach District Managers and support RDOs nationwide. You will drive program implementations, monitor BU KPIs, and ensure compliance across stores while coordinating communications and audits. The role requires travel to stores and strong use of analytics to improve performance.

You will mentor teams, lead training initiatives, and manage P&L analysis with budget-conscious decision making, reporting, and CK360 updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of retail multi-site leadership experience preferred; 2+ years in management.
• Ability to present in meetings and conduct training.
• Mentor District Managers and support RDOs.
• supervise and manage roll-out team functions.
• Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight.
• Valid driver's license required.
• English language proficiency; bilingualism in French/English only if located in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and develops District Managers and RDOs.
• Reviews KPIs and closes gaps to improve performance.
• Leads operations programs and ensures BU compliance.
• Implements and trains new operations programs.
• Supports acquisitions integration and communications within BU.
• Oversees shrink action plans and store improvements.
• Ensures store visits and reporting oversight.
• Provides store P&L analysis and budget-aware guidance.
• Manages admin tasks, reporting and CK360 updates.
