Job summary

Naked Farmer is seeking a Manager of Operations Excellence and Growth to drive consistent restaurant performance, training, and scalable processes across our growing portfolio. You will translate standards into practical tools, lead training for hourly teams and leaders, and support new openings while maintaining brand quality and guest experience.

In this role, you will build SOPs, training materials, and operational playbooks; collaborate with Operations, Culinary, People, and Finance; and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant or hospitality operations, training, or field leadership experience.
• Experience supporting restaurant openings, field training, operational initiatives, or multi-unit restaurant operations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food quality, service standards, and guest experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 50–70% with additional travel as needed to support openings and priorities.

Responsibilities

• New Restaurant Openings: plan, train, and execute operational readiness for openings with cross-functional teams.
• Training & Development: create onboarding materials, training guides, and learning resources; support leadership development.
• Operational Excellence: develop SOPs, playbooks, and tools; monitor progress and communicate outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Field Support: serve as a resource, travel to restaurants, share insights with leadership.
