Naked Farmer is seeking a Chef Operator to lead a high-volume kitchen, mentor chefs, and drive operational excellence across multiple locations. Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in high-volume kitchen or restaurant management with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to run efficient restaurants.
• Excellent communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire restaurant operation, including costs, labor, guest experience, and sales growth.
• Inspire and coach the team to daily disciplines and strong work habits.
• Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine on quality assurance and guest feedback actions.
• Lead new initiatives and foster an entrepreneurial mindset in the team.
• Ensure smooth operation, uphold culinary excellence and health standards.
• Handle tech and third-party platform issues proactively and document insights.
