This senior role requires deep expertise in industrial processes, supply chain dynamics, and workforce management to drive productivity and cost-efficiency.

You will develop and implement strategic plans, oversee Lean Six Sigma projects, manage budgets, and mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in operations management, with 5+ years in leadership for process improvement.
• Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Proven track record of managing complex operational transformations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to eliminate waste and standardize processes.
• Oversee supply chain optimization, inventory and logistics to improve throughput and reduce lead times.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to monitor performance and drive accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for operational efficiency and cost reduction across the organization.
• Lead teams in the implementation of Lean Six Sigma projects, focusing on waste elimination and process standardization.
• Oversee supply chain optimization , inventory management, and logistics to enhance throughput and reduce lead times.
