Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations Excellence to shape the strategy and execution across quoting, pricing, and large deal workflows. You will bridge Sales and Partner teams, define KPIs, and analyze performance data to improve quote accuracy, cycle times, and margins.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, cross-functional collaboration, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in analytics, operations, strategy, finance, consulting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Experience building KPI frameworks and performance reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools.
• Experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Operations, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, quoting, and operations performance data to identify trends and root causes of deviations.
• Develop KPI frameworks across quoting and large deal workflows.
• Build dashboards and reporting to provide transparency across teams.
• Support definition of improvement roadmaps for quoting and large deal teams.
• Contribute to development of quoting models, algorithms, and performance tools.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to improve quote accuracy, pricing discipline, and conversion rates.
• Translate analytical insights into structured recommendations; partner with cross-functional stakeholders; track impact of changes.
