Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations Excellence to partner with Sales and Partner teams, defining strategy and driving execution across quoting, pricing, and large deal workflows. You will translate analytics into structured recommendations and track impact on margins and efficiency.

The role requires 4–7+ years in analytics or related fields, strong Excel and data visualization skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a related area. This hybrid role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in analytics, operations, strategy, finance, consulting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Experience building KPI frameworks and performance reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools.
• Experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Operations, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Performance Analytics: Analyze sales, quoting, and operations performance data to identify trends and root causes of deviations.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks across quoting and large deal workflows.
• Build dashboards and reporting to provide transparency across teams.
