Job summary

Xometry, a leading digital manufacturing marketplace, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations Excellence to drive analytics that optimize quoting, pricing, and large deal workflows. You will partner with Sales and Partner teams to define KPI frameworks, analyze performance data, and translate insights into actionable strategies that improve quote accuracy, cycle times, and margins.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and delivering structured recommendations.

Qualifications

4–7+ years of experience in analytics, operations, strategy, finance, consulting, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to drive decisions.
Experience building KPI frameworks and performance reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools.
Experience working with large and complex data sets.
Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales, quoting, and operations performance data to identify trends and root causes of deviations.
Develop and maintain KPI frameworks across quoting and large deal workflows.
