Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1+ years of experience in data analytics or related field.
Ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to drive improvements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze proposed initiatives and performance to ensure alignment with priorities.
Lead or co-lead initiatives under guidance from an Operations Excellence leader.
Support development of weekly playbooks, field communications, and executive updates.
Maintain initiative inventories, governance materials, decision logs, scorecards, and calendars.
