The role requires working from the Atlanta office at least 3 days per week, with a starting salary of $80,000, commensurate with experience.

The position involves analyzing initiatives, leading projects, developing weekly playbooks, and maintaining governance artifacts to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze initiatives, performance, and field feedback to align with priorities and impact.
• Lead or co-lead initiatives under Operations Excellence leadership.
• Develop weekly playbooks, field communications, and executive updates for clear priorities.
• Maintain initiative inventories, governance materials, logs, scorecards, and calendars.
