Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Business Operations Analyst (Finance) to join our finance and sales teams in Atlanta. You will provide data and analyses to support Value Partnerships and drive accurate operational tasks and timely delivery.

The role partners with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, produce actionable data, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. 5–8 years of related experience and strong analytical skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of related experience
• Strong analytic skills and experience interpreting large data sets
• Proficient in statistical analysis and data interpretation
• Proven experience supporting a sales team; experience working with a remote workforce is strongly preferred
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working alongside executive leadership
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions to drive tasks to completion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High learning agility with a strong willingness to learn and upskill in new tools, systems, and processes
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and work autonomously with minimal direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supports Value Partnerships and the Sales organization by providing data integral to the team.
• Acts as a liaison between business lines to ensure the appropriate operational tasks are executed accurately and timely.
• Partners with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve issues, produce actionable data, and ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience.
