MSIG USA is seeking an Operations Excellence Analyst to support process improvement, documentation, and performance analysis across insurance operations. You will map end-to-end processes (SIPOC, swim lanes, RACI), define current-state and future-state workflows, and collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, and Technology to define automation use cases and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 1–4 years in operations, process improvement, analytics, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in process mapping (SIPOC, swim lanes, RACI).

Responsibilities

• Document end-to-end operational processes using SIPOC, swim lanes, and RACI.
• Define current-state and future-state workflows with decision points and exceptions.
• Analyze metrics like cycle time, backlog, aging, error rates, and SLA performance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
• Define use-cases for automation and Copilot solutions; validate outcomes.
