Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's in Industrial/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience or coursework in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or material handling systems.
• Familiarity with integrated automation solutions and high-speed packaging lines.

Responsibilities

• Support engineers in managing, testing, and implementing automated material handling systems.
• Monitor equipment performance after installation to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on specs, design, and layouts.
• Help develop training materials and standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and develop solutions for automation systems.
• Coordinate with facility management for training, safety compliance, and maintenance.
• Test equipment installations for safety, throughput, and performance.
• Contribute to Lean projects to address performance challenges.
• Document meeting notes and decisions to maintain project communication.
• Maintain clear communication with project teams and vendors.
