Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with anticipated completion between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the position location listed in this job posting.
• Available to work part-time (20 hours/week) during Spring 2027 on-site at assigned fulfillment center location.
• Available to transition to full-time (40 hours/week) for a 12-week period during Summer 2027.
• Willing to travel up to 80% to other fulfillment centers across the United States during summer months.

Responsibilities

• Own and deep dive data to support a process improvement recommendation.
• Support design and implementation of medium scope integrated automation projects (high-speed sortation, conveyors, packaging lines, robotic work cells).
• Coordinate design and execution between internal teams and vendors (equipment specs, material flow, site layout).
• Develop and manage budget and contract documents (RFPs, change orders, PO, invoicing).
• Direct system commissioning and predefined testing activities (planning, status interpretation, results reporting).
• Coordinate with site management for operator training, safety practices, and compliance.
