Lockheed Martin, located in Littleton, CO, seeks a seasoned Operations Leader to steer FBM program activities from proposal through delivery. You will bridge the FBM Program and Space Production Operations, ensuring clear two-way communication and accountability across Directorates.
You will lead a team of OLs, drive cost/schedule/technical execution, and coordinate with executive leadership on strategy and issue resolution to meet customer needs and program goals.

This position will lead a team of FBM Operations Leads (OL) in Littleton, CO to ensure the delivery of quality product to the customer.
In this role, you will act as the primary interface between the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program and Space Production Operations ensuring clear two-way communication in support of our customer’s needs. You will have responsibility and engagement throughout the program lifecycle from proposal through final delivery. While executing the programs interests, you will focus on strategy, givers/receivers, issue resolution and drive accountability across the various Directorates.
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00
