Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO seeks an on-site Project Engineer to lead FBM program operations within the manufacturing center. You will coordinate resource allocation, communicate program priorities, and resolve scheduling conflicts on the floor, interfacing with Quality, Test, and Planning teams.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration to drive cost and schedule commitments, with a focus on manufacturing readiness and continuous improvement in a high-security space

Responsibilities

• Ensure the manufacturing center has the resources needed from the program to be successful in meeting both cost and schedule commitments.
• Daily and weekly, provide status to FBM Program Operations Management on the progress to delivery schedule and potential manufacturing impacts.
• Interface directly with Waterton Campus Mechanical Manufacturing Center leadership and finance to evaluate cost impacts.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience working in teams with vareity of responsibilities
• Familiarity with Manufacturing
• Experience presenting to others
• Bachelors degree in technical or engineering field from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education

Desired Skills

• Experience on FBM program
• Experience in manufacturing center
• Demonstrated experience articulating complex issues to peers and management
• Experience with MS project, Sharepoint, Tableau, SAP
• Active security clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $88100.00 - $163700.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
