Qualifications

• Associates degree plus 6 years manufacturing experience or 3 years internal experience preferred.
• Advanced degree holders may meet requirements with no direct experience.
• Technical background with degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and 5S standards.
• Translate strategy into actionable daily, weekly, monthly targets.
• Coordinate production activities across crews and support departments.
• Lead actions to remove constraints for 24x7 operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and throughput.
• Provide technical support and training to the operations workforce.
• Review and approve work instructions for manufacturing viability.
